Growing up as the granddaughter of two small-town, Real Estate investors Katrina developed a deep appreciation and understanding of building wealth through hard work and property investment--Something she was determined to pass onto her clients when she got her real estate license in 2007. While working as a residential Realtor, Katrina recognized there was a major lapse in service when it came to getting properties prepared to sell. With an education in Interior Design and a desire to evolve her real estate business, she decided to incorporated a the staging to sell method into her business--With her goal being to sell properties at a higher price tag in a shorter time frame with no upfront cost to the client. Her creative approach to preparing listings has proved wildly successful with properties selling on average less than 30 days on the market.
